Community Guidelines

1. Scope

• What this covers: These Guidelines apply to all content and behavior on Peekamoji, including posts, comments, messages, profiles, and marketplace listings.
• How this works with other policies: These Guidelines complement our Terms of Use and other policies. If something is not explicitly listed here but is harmful or unsafe, we may still take action.

2. Respect & Harassment

• No harassment: Bullying, stalking, blackmail, targeted abuse, or repeated unwanted contact is not allowed.
• No humiliation campaigns: Coordinated harassment or “pile-ons” are prohibited.
• Do not encourage self-harm: Any content that encourages self-harm is not allowed.

3. Hate, Threats & Violence

• No hate speech: Content attacking or dehumanizing people based on protected characteristics is prohibited.
• No threats: Credible threats, calls for violence, or incitement are not allowed.
• No graphic violence: Gore, extreme cruelty, or shock violence content is prohibited.

4. Sexual Content & Minor Safety

• No sexual exploitation: Nudity or sexual content that is exploitative, non-consensual, or involves minors is strictly prohibited.
• No sexual content involving minors: This includes suggestive content, grooming behaviors, or sexualized depiction of minors.
• Protect young users: If you suspect a minor is being exploited or unsafe, report immediately.

5. Illegal Activity & Regulated Goods

• No illegal activity: Don’t promote or facilitate illegal acts.
• No weapons, drugs, or counterfeit goods: Listing or promoting regulated items is prohibited.
• No instructions for wrongdoing: Content that teaches people how to commit crimes is not allowed.

6. Privacy & Personal Data

• No doxxing: Don’t share private information (addresses, phone numbers, IDs, financial info) without explicit permission.
• Consent matters: Don’t record or post people in private settings without consent where required by law.
• Impersonation: Don’t pretend to be someone else to deceive others.

7. Misinformation & Deceptive Practices

• No dangerous misinformation: Content that could cause real-world harm (health/safety) may be removed.
• No fraud: Misleading users for money, personal data, or access is prohibited.
• Context: Satire is allowed, but it must not be used to scam or harm people.

8. Spam, Scams & Platform Abuse

• No spam: Repetitive comments, automated engagement, or mass posting is not allowed.
• No account farming: Creating accounts to manipulate reach, reactions, or metrics is prohibited.
• No hacking/scraping: Attempting to access systems, scrape data, or abuse APIs is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

• Post what you own or can use: Don’t upload copyrighted music/videos/images you don’t have rights to.
• Trademark abuse: Don’t mislead users by pretending to be an official brand account.
• Reporting IP: If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@peekamoji.com.

10. Marketplace & Commercial Content

• Marketplace: Buying and selling must follow our Marketplace Terms.
• Prohibited items: No regulated, illegal, or unsafe items.
• Sponsored content: If you post ads or brand deals, you must disclose clearly (e.g., “Ad” / “Sponsored”).

11. Reporting & Enforcement

• Report in-app: Use the “Report” function on posts, profiles, and messages where available.
• Email: You can also report issues at support@peekamoji.com.
• Actions we may take: Content removal, feature limits, warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
• Appeals: If you believe action was taken in error, contact support for review.

12. Age Requirement (13+)

• Minimum age: You must be at least 13 years old to use Peekamoji.
• Underage accounts: We may remove accounts we believe are underage.
• Concerns: Contact support@peekamoji.com if you suspect underage use.

• Updates: We may update these Guidelines to reflect new risks, features, or legal requirements.
